Welcome to Coloring Print ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at www.coloring-print.com and our AI coloring page generation services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
Coloring Print provides an AI-powered coloring page generation service that allows users to:
- Convert photos into coloring pages using our Photo to Coloring feature
- Generate coloring pages from text descriptions using our Text to Coloring feature
- Download generated content in PNG and PDF formats
- Access a gallery of pre-generated coloring pages
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Credits System & Billing
4.1 Types of Credits
Our Service uses a credits-based system with two types of credits:
- Check-in Credits: Earned through daily check-ins, awarding 5 to 15 random points per day
- Subscription Credits: Provided as part of paid subscription plans
4.2 Credits Validity
Important Notice:
- Check-in credits are valid only for the current calendar month. Unused check-in credits will be reset to zero at the beginning of each new month and cannot be carried over.
- Subscription credits are valid for one month from the date of subscription activation. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
4.3 Credits Usage
Credits are consumed when generating coloring pages. The credit cost varies based on the complexity and type of generation.
4.4 New User Bonus
New users receive a one-time bonus of credits upon first registration. This bonus is provided to allow users to test our Service.
5. Refund Policy & Non-Refundable Credits
Non-Refundable Situations:
Credits deducted for the following circumstances will NOT be refunded:
- Network Issues: Generation failures caused by your personal network delays, instability, or disconnection
- Prohibited Content: Generation failures resulting from uploading images containing prohibited, illegal, or inappropriate materials
- User Error: Incorrect usage of the Service, including improper file formats or corrupted uploads
- Timeout: Generation processes that timeout due to client-side issues
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a refund request qualifies for credit restoration.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
You agree not to use our Service to:
- Upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Upload content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
- Upload content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
- Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization
- Share your account credentials with third parties
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the original photos and text prompts you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating coloring pages.
7.2 Generated Content
Coloring pages generated from your content belong to you. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:
- You must have proper rights to any source material used
- You may not claim that AI-generated content is entirely original human creation
- You accept responsibility for ensuring generated content does not infringe third-party rights
7.3 Our Service
All aspects of the Coloring Print Service, including but not limited to the website design, logos, AI models, and software, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Data Storage & Retention
- Generated coloring pages are stored on our servers for 90 days
- After 90 days, generated content may be automatically deleted
- We recommend downloading your creations promptly
- We are not responsible for data loss after the retention period
9. Legal Disclaimers
9.1 Service Availability
Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
9.2 AI Generation Quality
AI-generated results may vary in quality. We do not guarantee that all generations will meet your expectations. Results depend on input quality and selected settings.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coloring Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
